Roentgenium (previous irregular title: unununium or eka-gold) is a chemical element in the periodic table that has the symbol Rg (erst temporarily Uuu) & atomic number 111 making it one of the super-heavy atoms. These are the synthetic element whose longest-lived isotope has the mass of 280 & a half-life of 3.Sise seconds. Due to its presence inside Class action 11 these are the transition metal and so probably would appear as a heavily, firm, glazed metal. A single just can't speculate in whether it would become colored rather gold or not.

History

It was first created at the Gesellschaft für Schwerionenforschung (GSI) in Darmstadt, Germany on December 8, 1994. Just threesome atoms of it were observed (a lot 272Rg), per fusion of bismuth-209 and nickel-64 in the linear accelerator. (Nickel was bombarded onto a bi target.)

A title rg was accepted as a lasting title in November 1 2004 in honour of Wilhelm Roentgen; before this date, a element was known under a irregular IUPAC systematic element name unununium. A few search hwhen referred thereto as "eka-gold".

A longest-lived one is 280Rg which decays across alpha decay and has a half-life of 3.Sestet s. a shortest-lived isotope is 272Rg which decays across alphthe decompose & has a half life of Unity.Cinque ms. A more known isotope; 279Rg decays across alphthe decompose & has a half-life of 170 ms.
